With the continued support from local craftsmen, MAOTA is committed to slow, visible production methods. Based a short distance from our weaving mills, yarn factories, dyeing mills, and production factories in Japan, we work closely with craftsmen to ensure stability both for them and for future generations. This is the reason we offer pre-order garments, producing only what has been ordered.
